DATA COLLECTION
Data is collected in two ways: Laser scanning and coordinate measurement using high accuracy Probe/point scanning method. These two methods can separately or together, create the data required to produce accurate manufacturing compatible files for CAD drawings or for use with other technologies.

Organic or non-geometric shapes are best scanned using this method. |
| Probe/Point: |
Best for geometric shapes where high level of accuracy is required. |

Where the requirements extend over both these areas, both methods can be used to attain the data for further development.

REPORTS - VERIFICATION / INSPECTION
Using our scanning method/s, 3Digital enables you to compare the data for Digital Inspection and verifications; Part/wear Inspection, compare CAD to Part verification.
